MEET THE TEAM

ALEXANDRA ALBRIGHT – Head of Development
Alexandra oversees and manages the Society's fundraising for major capital developments at the College, as well as widening access through the Malvernian Society Assisted Places scheme. Alex brings a wide variety of experience to Malvern, having spent her entire career in Development, first in the Arts sector at English National Opera and then at major research-intensive universities such as the University of Birmingham, before making the transition to the schools sector.

SUZY LEEKE - Head of Alumni Engagement
Suzy leads the team whose role it is to generate opportunities for Old Malvernians of all ages to remain connected with Malvern College. A successful marketing and commercial career with Gullivers Sports Travel, TUI UK Sport, The Times & Sunday Times Cheltenham Literature Festival and Three Counties, precedes Suzy's arrival at Malvern. A passion for travel was well served working on many international events including British & Irish Lions tours and Rugby World Cups, before moving into the UK events industry and to the Malvernian Society in 2020.

Louise Ciaravella – Research and Database Officer
Louise has worked in education for most of her career, initially for universities before moving into the independent school sector in 2017. Her background is in marketing, communications and admissions and in recent years she has held the positions of Marketing Manager at Malvern St James Girls’ School and Head of Admissions and Marketing at Bredon School. In January 2022 se joined the Malvernian Society moving into alumni and development.
ANNE BALLANTYNE - Communications Manager
Anne joined the Society in 2019, bringing her relationship-building and organisational skills from varied careers in hotel management, recruitment, and communications. Having also achieved a Humanities Degree with the Open University and obtained a Motorsport race licence, Anne’s responsibilities now include our social media sites and the OM Newsletter.
PAUL GODSLAND - OM Club Ambassador & Archivist
Following his teaching career, Paul served as Operations Director of the Malvernian Society and now supervises the activities of the OM Club: the sports clubs and off-site social events, as well as looking after the archives.
